Handmade Excellence & Careful Delivery
Thank you for choosing handmade! Each of our products is crafted with care and attention to detail. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.
1. PROCESSING TIMES
Because our items are handmade, processing times may vary based on thecomplexity of the piece and current order volume:
Ready-to-Ship Items Processed within 1–3 business days.
Made-to-Order Items Requires 5–10 business days for creation before shipping.
Note: Processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order, not including the time spent in transit with the carrier.
2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following methods:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (estimated).
• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (estimated).
• International Shipping: 10–21 business days (estimated, varies by destination).
3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available on the carrier's website.
Linnea’s Cute Creationz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Address Verification: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item.
5. DAMAGES & ISSUES
We take great care in packaging our handmade goods to ensure they arrive safely.
However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@linneascutecreationz.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as they are necessary for filing a claim with the carrier.
