Handcrafted Products & Usage Guidelines

1. General Information

All products sold through Linnea’s Cute Creationz are handcrafted. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms set forth in this Legal

Notice.

2. Product Safety & Liability Waiver

CHOKING HAZARD: Many handmade items, including but not limited to badge reels, keychains, and charms, contain small parts.

Our products are intended for adult use and decorative purposes only. They are NOT TOYS and are not intended for children under the age of 12. Small components (beads, clips, charms) may pose a choking hazard if detached.

Linnea’s Cute Creationz shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from the misuse of our products or for any incidents occurring once the product has left our possession.

3. Accuracy of Artisanal Goods

Every effort is made to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, as these are handmade

items:

Dimensions and weights are approximate.

Hand-painted or hand-assembled elements may contain slight irregularities that are characteristic of artisanal work.

We do not guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.

4. Proper Use & Care

To ensure the longevity of your handmade accessories, please follow any provided care instructions.

Damage caused by excessive force, exposure to water, chemicals (such as perfumes or cleaning agents), or extreme temperatures is the responsibility of the consumer.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The designs, photography, and brand identity of Linnea’s Cute Creationz are the exclusive property of the artisan. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or commercial use of our designs or media is strictly prohibited and protected by copyright law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Linnea’s Cute Creationz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the products purchased from our store.
