Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting handmade! Because each item is carefully crafted by hand, there are specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges.

1. Returns & Exchanges

• Timeframe: We accept return or exchange requests within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.

• Shipping: We will provide return shipping label. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their nature, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Custom or Personalized Orders: Any item made to specific color, name, or design requests.

• Sale Items: All items purchased on clearance or during a flash sale are final sale.

3. Damaged or Defective Goods

If your order arrives damaged or if there is a mistake on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs) for these instances.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email support@linneascutecreationz.com with your order number and the reason for the request. Once approved, we will provide the return mailing address.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
